Training

Novotis have 20 years of experience in conducting public and in-house training at automotive OEM, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. We focus on providing training based on your needs and we can put together a training with the scope and focus you require.

SPICE

Novotis 2-day SPICE training is based on the training for SPICE assessors. Novotis training has added focus on how you can implement SPICE practices in your project, how to prepare for an assessment, how to interpret assessment results and how to develop an improvement program.

The training can be adapted and extended to fit company needs. This training is often used in combination with gap analysis to start an improvement program. The training can also be used to get the project team up to speed before an external assessment.

This training is given in-house for up to 12 participants.

ISO 26262

ISO 26262 builds on top of a SPICE foundation and explains how this is extended for safety development. Novotis offer a 2-day basic ISO 26262 training that explains the key concepts and walks you through the processes and practices needed for safety development.

To gain more experience Novotis offers a 2-day Hands-On training. In this training you practice on key steps in safety development such as safety analysis, specification of safety requirements and safety tests on a small sample system.

These trainings are given in-house for up to 12 participants. The training can be customised and split up in shorter training modules for different stakeholders. Contact us and we will tailor training to your needs.

Novotis have many smaller training modules that can be used in a workshop like setting to provide introduction to a team, support dialogue and aid in problem solving. Example of such modules are:

  • Introduction to ISO 26262
  • Agile and SPICE
